As self-confessed beer nerds, we do some pretty beer-nerdy stuff. Sauce founder Mike has named his two cats after types of hops – Simcoe and Cashmere (Cashi for short). It’s been long-discussed but it’s finally happened – we’ve brewed beers in their honour! They even joined us for brew day.

These two beers are as unique from each other as the cats are. And they’ll make an eye-catching and fun addition to your beer fridge.

Cashmere Crush uses oats and wheat for the classic Hazy IPA mouthfeel. Cashmere and Krush hops in cryo form deliver a juicy and dank IPA with an abundance of tropical and floral aromas. Fermented with an expressive English yeast.
