Otto pays homage to Georg’s birth place and is named after his grandfather Otto. Otto was barrel fermented in young 300L Hogshead French Oak barrels for 3-9 months.  

Otto is a finely balanced hybrid of German lager and ale yeasts. Lightly floral and crisp with a rich grain flavour. Subtle fruit and mild hop aroma leads to a clean finish.
