Our Signature Dry Gin intertwines two cultural boundaries and connects our past to our present. An all-Australian malt base spirit macerated with wild handpicked juniper and botanicals native to the land of North Macedonia, this gin connects our Macedonian cultural heritage to our Australian way of life.

Our Signature Dry Gin has been hand-crafted and triple distilled in an all copper still using the traditional artisan technique known as grain to glass. This results in a well-balanced gin that has been melded to perfection with the flavours of traditional gin ingredients and Macedonian grown botanicals.
